Lottif Terms of Use

Service includes Lottif's website, app, generations, and strategies.

Generation means one execution that produces outputs from your input.

Provide accurate information, keep credentials secure, and you are responsible for activity on your account.

The Service may offer a free trial and paid plans.

Your plan defines a generation quota per billing cycle.

Generations do not roll over and reset each cycle unless explicitly stated otherwise in-product.

In case of conflicts, in-app plan rules and limits prevail.

Lottif provides statistical analysis and generates lottery combinations. Results are probabilistic and do not guarantee prizes.

The Service is intended for users 18+ and must be used responsibly.

You agree not to:

• violate applicable laws;
• bypass limits, exploit vulnerabilities, or access unauthorized areas;
• submit illegal or infringing content;
• use the Service for spam, fraud, or malicious activity.

You retain rights to what you submit, granting Lottif a limited license to operate the Service.

Outputs are automated and may require review. You are responsible for verifying accuracy and compliance before use.

The Service, brand, UI, and technology belong to Lottif and/or licensors. No copying or distribution without permission.

Use is governed by the Privacy Policy (/privacy) and Cookie Policy (/cookies).

We may change, suspend, or discontinue the Service and update these Terms. Accounts may be suspended for violations.

Service is provided as is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lottif is not liable for indirect damages or lost profits.

Total liability may be limited to the amount you paid during the last 12 months.

You agree to indemnify Lottif for claims arising from misuse or breach of these Terms.

Governing law: applicable laws. Venue: competent courts, subject to mandatory rules.
